Jam Canning Workshop: Blueberry-Spice Jam Edition

Are you ready to make your own delicious, homemade jams? Join us for a hands-on Jam Canning Workshop, where you’ll learn how to make Blueberry-Spice Jam with Pectin using a tested recipe from the National Center for Home Food Preservation. Whether you’re a canning pro or a beginner, this class will teach you everything you need to know!

What You’ll Learn:

Blueberry-Spice Jam – A flavorful jam with a hint of spice, perfect for spreading on toast, adding to desserts, or gifting to friends and family.

  • Proper Jam-Making Techniques: We’ll guide you through the entire process, from crushing blueberries to filling jars.
  • Using Boiling Water Canners: Learn how to safely preserve your jam using the right canning method.
  • Follow a Tested Recipe: We’ll be using a proven, safe recipe to ensure your jam is both delicious and properly preserved.
  • Hands-On Experience: Get practical experience with the tools and steps of the canning process.
