What is Pressure Canning?

Unlike pressure cooking, pressure canning uses high temperatures to safely preserve low-acid foods. This technique is essential for canning vegetables, meats, and other low-acid foods. Learn how to properly preserve your harvest for long-term storage without worrying about spoilage!
